Thanks for your reply. I have corrected 25 port but getting same error. As
per my first mail, the Production system working fine on same destination(
host.salonyservers.com). The production system located on data center and
others are in our company premises.

1. Was the smtp relay working propely earlier for Non-production system?
2. Is smtp host and port number same for both prod and non-prod?
Due to a technical fault, the system could not set up a connection to destination host.salonyservers.com: 0.
Why port number appear as 0 here? Generally 25 port is used for smtp.
May be your non-prod servers are not configured in smtp host to send emails. You might need to get in touch with owner of smtp host (messagin team) to check. |
