I recommend that you post this problem in the SAP-DEV forum. You are going to have to provide quite a lot more detail than what you have. You are (IMO) going to have to walk through the logic of the program to see where it's going wrong.
If it used to work and now doesn't, then there may have been a transport performed which changed the way it works. Depending on how many changes and how well your company tracks them, you may find the perpetrator there.
