When the invoices were posted into Sap no warning message came up, but when we tried to post credit notes that cancel the invoices, Sap gave us a warning message as "Internal Order XYZ requires a cost element in the Range 123-199" and would not let us post the credit notes, we have also tried to reverse the invoices through MR8M but we get the same message. Please help what to do ?
