I am working on new appraisals template in SAP HR. There is a requirement for Setting the team goals and cascading across the team from MSS.
I have gone through some blogs which says it can be achieved by activating the function HCM_TMC_CI_1 AND HCM_TMC_CI_2 and iview: com.sap.pct.erp.mss.14.team_goals.
However I am not sure how this works in frontend(MSS) from business process perspective. please can some one walk through the process (possibly with some screen shots, where a manager creates goals and cascades to their, possible options in form).
Is it going to the same form where we can see team goals and individual goals, or is this going to be separate form.
What are the configuration steps need to be done? do we need Portal/ABAP/WDA expertise?
