Please follow the path and check whether you have maintained you plant as depot or not, if not, please make it as depot for the plant which you are doing CENVAT invoice.
SPRO --> IMG ---> Logistic General --> Tax on Goods Movement ---> India --> Basic Settings --> Maintain Plant Settings.
Here check the check box under Depot column.
