on the CI/DB server,with use SIDADM, use this command:
saplicense -get
and go order a new license key with this new Hardware key.

Subject: Hardware Key at GUI Showing Valid(Inactive hardware key)
I am facing one issue with hardware key.
We had a LPM change (LPAR movement) in our systems.
Previously, the hardware key in GUI and OS level were same.
After the LPM, in OS level we have new hardware key, but in Gui it is still showing the same.
Also, when we installed new license in Gui, it is showing the following message.
"Valid (inactive hardware key)".
