2. What is your question?
3. Give us more information (how many clients do you have for instance, where do you change the title?
4. Check the transport log (just in case there is someone else changing a different version of that program)
5. Debug the code (you may find something different than expected when the title appears to be changed)

Whenever I am trying to change the title of my report, the actual title appears for some time but again it is replaced by the name of the report itself.
This has happened to me twice.
