SAP itself has its study centres which is the best option. Apart from this I think there are other authorized centres as well like ATOS etc. Not sure about unauthorized one's but I think there will be many.
Authorized centers are way expensive than non authorized.

I have 3.5 years of experience in data warehouse (tool- informatica). Now to learn SAP for better career growth in terms of money, leaning SAP was my dream from my graduation time but failed because of financial crisis.
