Statistics is what you need.
And I also think that you just cannot run something or query a InfoProvider
to get the info you require.
You have to follow the process to capture BI Statistics then you will be in
a position to get the ans for your question.

Try writing a query based on Infocube 0TCT_MC01. You can select & display
InfoProvider Type, Query run, User, No of times the query has been run,
for the time period you allow as your selection.
