My business user is having problem that her user id is unable to view the data for her own company code in FBL5N and FBL1N. She can however, view the line item for other company code. Tried running for FBL3N, for her own company code, it works.
We did a copy of her user id for testing, but that test user id is able to display the line item for her own company code.
Anyone encounter such problem before?
We have checked the authorizations, parameters and layout setting, it is all the same. I am running out of ideas where might went wrong.
Any suggestions?
