For example, if the maximum number of parallel processes that can run at the same time in my system is defined to 2.
If I have 3 processes, the first and the second will run with parallel processes, but the third could not run with parallel processes because the maximum number of parallel processes is 2 and it will run the process normally. Then I consider this a rejection of parallel processes.
I would like to know where I can see the maximum number of parallel processes available in my system and the number of rejection of parallel processes.
