Reply from rivael on Jun 27 at 1:38 PM Mac/Ip binding is done dynamically in low level TCP/IP layer. So, you can't do this binding manually.
You might be able to use DHCP server handle ip request from certain MAC address with pre-configured IP.
Do you have special reason for doing that?
