role name - Click on Menu Tab --Delete all the Tcodes - save the role and
then add the parent role you want to add --it would work

Can I add inheritance from a reference role to an already existing role?
For example, I have created patent role Y:Parant_role and derived a derived role Z:derived_role. Then I deleted the inheritance from PFCG.
Now can I add the inheritance again into Z:derived_role?
