1:: create payroll accounting area like 22
2: go to feature ABKRS and add 22
go to PA03 ( CONTROL RECORD
GIVE the payroll accounting area like 22 and create and save
after creation of control record, give months year for payroll and earliest
retroactive
got payroll status and release payroll
with these above steps are enough to create control record.
