This how that job is scheduled :
go to STMS, there you filter on the project, then select "Import All"
option.
There it gives you options to set the time when you want to import the TRs.
here, you select an option "Hourly"..which means system will run the import
on hourly basis.
This all activities I am doing with my ID.
Every hour this import job runs in the system and the import history shows
Generic ID in Import history instead of showing My ID.

Then what user ID is used with the scheduled job that runs every hour. Be sure to check the user ID used in the step and not necessary the user ID that created the job.
