This is the same issue which I have raised in another forum.
The question is not who the owner is or who released the TR.
No matter who releases the TR, who the owner is, who imports the TR....the
STMS history shows the same ID under column User -> The generic ID.
We can find owner of the TR and who released the TR by some other
means....the question is...what is that Generic ID doing there under STMS
history???...who called it to the party.
