Apols for the delay in responding ..
since R3trans -d doesn't runs in Java system, I couldnt find much details also i cehckd the config tool and it doesnt runs, and took the assistance from my onsite team and they able to resolve it now system is up and running .Will check with them and let you know what they used as Remedy.Thank you
