Probably what Sanath said would work for you. If not you can have the dump of the table using TCODE KE24.
Alternatively you can download the content from table CE1XXXX where XXXX is your oper. con.

Subject: CO-PA Download into an Excel Sheet
Follow these steps
1. Under PLANNING METHODS (The left part of your screen will be divided into 2 parts.. I am ref to the bottom portion)
> Double click on your planning package and double click on your parameter set.
2. This will open up the excel on right side
3. Unprotect the excel sheet from Tools Menu > Protection > Unprotect
4. Un-hide the 1st row in that excel (By default it is hidden)
5. Go to Settings Menu > formatting.. This will generate the file description (The file name in the error message that you specified in your message)
6. Go to File Description menu > Save all |
