In my project, user is creating a purchase order with account assignment "P"( assigning wbs) using third party tool which is interfaced to SAP, when try to save getting a error "WBS cannot be used, blocked for usage". I have checked the wbs status its in REL status and there is no locked status.
I have tried with other wbs elements in the same project but getting same error, with other project wbs PO is creating fine.
Please let any me know any idea about this error.
