[sap-acct] Value Date Not Populated FS10N and FAGLL03

When displaying the GL balance for OPEX accounts using FS10N and FAGLL03 the value dates are not populated. For other accounts such as CAPEX the value date are populated.
The system is setup to use the document date as the value date.
