Currently the business does not want to store a huge customer database as this is a retail business but we need sales orders for online sales which need to be sent to the customer's address. But this has no relation to the problem I described earlier.
As I said before, we need to update email address but there is no structure to update the customer email address ADR6-SMTP-ADDR
Any ideas?

We need to create sales order for one time customers, based on an external system data.
We can create the sales orders using bapi_salesorder_createfromdat1, but there is no structure to update the customer email address ADR6-SMTP-ADDR
I have checked userexit_save_document_prepare and I cannot find any usable structure here either
Can anyone help? We are in rel 4.6 |
