Often when an employee is terminated or transferred to another position, the setting of the position to vacant is skipped.
Also in many organisations, a position is occupied by several positions. This may cause over-100% message

Any PA actions executed for employee holding position since 13.06.2011 indicate that the A008 Relationships of that position are exceeded by 100%, however, there is no other holder in that position. There was an overlap of holders on this position from 13.06.2011 to 20.05.2012.
Any clues as to why this warning message is appearing? |
