Thanks for the response.
Generating an EWA for each system for the dialog response and the number of users will not serve the purpose, because again we have to search in each report.
I was rather looking into a way to get the data for each system in one mail and then running a macro to update the weekly report, which will considerably reduce the time taken to update the report.
Is there a way to read the tables like MONI to get the data through OS level.

Every week we prepare a weekly report and one of the thing which we put in the report is the dialog response and the number of users logged in the system for the past week.
For this we manually get data from ST03N.
Is there a way to automate it? so that we can trigger a script at OS level for these data for each system in the landscape?
we are using oracle 11g and linux and unix OS.
