Before I post it here I saw that link also but the advice is with managing in table changes.
In my opinion, this is not the best way to solve this, but If there's no other way...

Hello all,
Last month I implement a ALE model to extend WBS to HR system but now when I am trying to delete an WBS Element for a project with status Released, the system message is -- cannot delete WBS element as the Project is distributed in other systems through ALE.
Please suggest how to solve the issue. I already change the status to "blocked" to avoid postings, but I need to delete this PROJ master data
