I was recently upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7, and from SAP GUI 710 to SAP GUI 730 SP4. I use Password Safe to automatically launch the SAP GUI with a shortcut and log me in. Worked fine under Windows XP and the old SAP GUI. Takes about a half minute every time I login with Windows 7 and the new SAP GUI.

ask desktop support to track this. he might have something wrong on his desktop and it does not look like it<s really caused by SAPGUI.
Maybe ask your desktop support team to re-image his installation? |
