I have an issue where I have to modify the budget amounts across the various position ids in the IM structure. I have a 4 level hierarchy in my IM Structure. I have the revised budget figures ready.
But my concern is there are Internal Orders assigned to a few of my level 4 positions ids. Further, part of the budget for that level 4 pos-id is assigned across one or more IOs assigned to that pos-id.
Therefore, when I look at my overall / year specific budget, some amount is showing as "distributed".
Now, if I have to modify the budget values across the structure, will I have to delete the amounts assigned to IOs and then change the position-id budgets
OR
can I update the position-id budgets without deleting the IO level budgets?
Early answer will be appreciated.
