That depends on where the requirement comes from. You need to figure out what it is. If it's a safety stock level, you have to remove it from the master record. If the material is reorder point managed, the behaviour of the system is correct and you would have to change the MRP type to something like PD (deterministic planning). The requirement might come from an order reservation (in this case you have to close the reservation in the order) or from a dependent requirement in a planned order (in this case you have to figure out why there is a planned order using that product). Finally it might come from an Independent requirement due to a forecast in MD62 (in this case you have to remove this requirement). This is the options that come to my mind right now. Transaction MD04 will tell you exactly what the problem is.

Subject: A Sales Order is Already Completed But Still Creating PR Thru MRP

I have 2 cases.
The first one, my items are already delivered. And my item is set as TAB (Indiv.Purchase Order) in item category..
So why the MRP generates PR, even there is already PR on it.

Then the second one,my item has 2 ordered qty.
The 1qty is already delivered.(Partially delivered)
then the other one is cancelled. This is also set as TAB(Indiv.Purchase Order) in item category.
