The Valuation price comes from the Material Master for a purpose. The valuation price in the PR is used for Approval purposes. If you make it zero, it may be automatically approved or approved by the lowest level in the organization. If the actual price of the Material / Service is non-zero (a most likely probability) the PR approval process has been effectively bypassed.
Is this acceptable?
