Your SolMan needs to be customized for ServiceProviders (VAR) to support multiple Customer-numbers.
Table AISUSER will have 3 Columns: local User, customerNr., and corresponding SAP-S-user number.
and to send Tickets to SAP you have to create OSS-Connections
(special Name convention ending with 10digits Customer Nr.)

Search sapnet / saphelp for: SolMan VAR then you can find the required Info.

Subject: Solution Manager as a Managed Service

Hi Gurus
Question on Solution Manager as a Managed service(SMaMs): Incident Management :Here is the scenario:
Our mandate is to support/host multiple customers as a Run SAP partner my question is based on (IM)Incident Management 1.Suppose we have 3 customers to support, Is it possible to have 3 separate Incident transactions(ZMIV) defined for each customer or we can only have one? and If we have 3 separate transaction what are some important aspects to note and if we are only entitled to one how do we ensure that we manage all customer's requirements in terms of status profile, partner determination, actions etc.
Thanks for your help
