With the help of Abaper we can control the access. There is an enhancement to change the system status is fcode_processing_wbselement. By this we can lock all the system status (master data,planning,account assignemnt,billing element & dates)at wbs element level. Only the users maintained in table can unlock, all the others can not unlock.

Client need that After released and approved the date for Plant/units from plant controller & Project controller, plant controller should be restricted from updating/changing any approved information like the date of plant/units level and only project controller should have this authority. |
