Dear Saquib,

You can either use Locked, master data locked etc status with authorisation
to lock or unlock editing the WBS details. But this status must be set
manually. If you want to automate lock of editing in TECO then you need to
create an user status with authorisation which gets set automatically when
TECO is set. This scenario will work in tightly controlled project editing
where a central team works on project creation change etc. If not a
development like I mentioned before should be considered.

Cheers,

Arul.

Subject: How to Control Authorization in SAP PS

Dear Arulalan

Thanks for your reply and hope that this can handle by ABAP team.

There is another thing that I need to know that is:

After Technically Complete/Closed the project (system status) all fields
should be dimed or protected from editing/changing but user can still able
to change it how to overcome this scenario?

Thanks and regards
Saqib Usman
