Reply from ChrisO on Mar 14 at 9:19 AM Use ME5A (list purchase req) and select 'purchase order' as an additional selection criterion from the 'dynamic selections' list. Then run the report with all tickboxes in the main selection screen ticked, and no other pre-selection in the main selection screen - in the dynamic selection for 'purchase order' put "equals blank". When you run this you will get all reqs for which there is no purchase order. If you want more detail (but more complexity) you can also use the deletion indicators, to see why no purchase order was created - i.e (i) whether the req was deleted, at header level or at item level, or (ii) was just ignored or overlooked.
