One of the following options may be used for such needs which may not be provided in your config:
1. Using bAPI's, bADI's or ABAP enhancement, enhance the code in the reporting facility.
2. Create a user program to analyse/report as per your needs and this can also provide options to amend the existing data, then amend data as per selected option through a linked program. This would be similar to the program RPTKOK00 which analyses/reports inconsistencies between IT 2006 & IT 2001 then passes control to a subsequent program/s (RPTBPC10, RPTBPC00, RPCLSTPC) to correct the data / report changes.

To create a user program, you can copy/create from an existing report program which is the closest resemblance to your needs. Also to process or obtain data, you can search for programs in SE38 (or functions in SE37), using suitable search key words.
Usually one does not creates a brand new program with totally new code. This would be a waste of effort, while there are so many existing pieces of code in any installation. Definitely, one should make effort to sanitise such copied code (or make it more efficient).

Subject: Set HSA Contribution Group Based on HDHP Dependent Coverage Level

I would like to set up an HSA on the 169, and have different employee and employer contribution varaints for the different coverage levels in the HDHP medical plan. How do I direct the employee into the correct coverage group (I assume in the EECGR and ERCGR features) based on their dependent coverage level in the medical plan? Is there a standard SAP way to do that, or do I need to call a custom program from the features?

Or is there another way this is meant to be done, and I am not even asking the right question?

Currently we DO have an HSA set up as a Flex plan on the 170, but we only have one limit, and we need to audit the amount based on the medical coverage level of the employee. I'd like to replace that with a design that lets SAP monitor it for us.
