| | | ---------------Original Message--------------- From: Rascal Sent: Monday, February 03, 2014 6:04 AM Subject: Make It0008 from Semi Monthly to Monthly I have a bimonthly payroll of Philippines which is being run from 1st Jan 2014 to 15th Jan 2014 period. I have inputted salary in IT0008 [say 10,000] which I assumed is a monthly pay. Thus from 1-15 system shld pay 5000 ideally. But when I run for poriod 1-15 it pays out entirely 10,000, (as if IT0008 has a pay in semimonthly format) What factor determines whether Basic is Monthly/Semimonthly ? Configuration points * P.A -> Payroll Data -> Basic Pay -> Set Up payroll period for collective agreement provision Payscale type and area is assigned to "ESG" = 3 and "Period Parameter" as Semimonthly * P.A -> Payroll Data -> Basic Pay -> Specify working hours fixed by collective agreement Payscale Type and Area is assigned to ESG = 3 ; hours =40 ; Days = 5 *Feature PFREQ is maintained for Philippines with value 52 26 24 13 12 04 01 02 * Feature "ANSAL" for country is set to ASAL .... (Hope this does not have an impact) * Also while maintaining master data IT0007 shows "Cap.util.lv =100.00" ; "WkHrs/period" = 80.00 (semi monthly) Note my monthly working hrs is 160 hrs Am I missing something ?Wat other config needs to be done. Expecting Gurus to assist :) Thank you | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
