You can get remaining stock lying with vendor by doing transfer posting i.e. MB1B movement type 542

But how would I get the stock sitting in Subcontracting stock back to me doing it like that? If I just did a PO with zero cost, I would get new material but those components would also still be sitting at Subcontracting in SAP.
