Hello caddick,
One doubt, how can a log file grow to a size of 300 GB is backed up
without free space if the log file is already full?

Hi Mahendra,

You must stop the Database too, stopping SAP only will not clear the log issue. Stop/Start the SQL Service with The windows service manager.

There is some process within the database that is stopping the logs from being truncated.

Use the SQL Manager Studio to schedule regular log backups.

You do not need 300 GB free space to perform a log backup.

Regards
