I am working in a PSU I am going on leave for the last few months. Now my leaves(E/L,C/l,M/l etc) are over and I am now on LWP. I am acquiring company's accommodation for which HRA along with rs 1500 (as maintenance charges) are deducted from my salary. In case of LWP for whole month will they raise the Total HRA maintenance fee or only maintenance fee or nothing the next time I'll join. In case if I leave the accommodation and remain on LWP should I get HRA or nothing as my salary.
