We have a requirement, client presently manually booking the accrual prepaid expenses. Now they want to be booked thru accrual engine automatically. And they are following US GAAP accounting principle.
I saw in the standard settings the periodical posting are done through Linear method post periodically. But our scenario is if the initial amount is incurred on before 15th of the month, the accrual amount should be posted to the current month. If the initial amount is incurred after 15th of the month, the monthly accrual amount is to be accrued in the next month. Please tell me where we should configure this scenario and tell me the settings and logic.
The t/ code for testing the accrual object is ACACTREE01. In the above requirement where we should change the logic please help me.

Hi I am working on Accrual Engine for US client they want to have prepaid exps monthly to be accrued . automatically thru accrual engine.I have done settings and used 10 for US GAAP
when I create accrual object ACACTREE01, I got the error "you dont have authirization You do not have authorization for the combination company code xxx/10 means US GAAP Accounting Principle.
Please share me any config docs where I am missing and also share me the end user docs |
