You can run SA38 transaction with the related program CHANGEDOCU_READ whereupon the "ME54N" transaction shall be used to filter.

I have noted that when I display item changes on the PR header changes on the environment tab it only displays two logs instead of four logs who made changes on the PR. Can someone explain why and what to do display all the four logs?
