Can you rephrase your inquiry? What did you mean ''logs"? When you are displaying the PR change history, you can be able to control which fields shall be populated in the output.

I have noted that when I display item changes on the PR header changes on the environment tab it only displays two logs instead of four logs who made changes on the PR. Can someone explain why and what to do display all the four logs?
