Dear Jagan,

We have wagetype 2000 for basic salary. But during Leave encashment evaluation it should consider last 10 month's average of wagetype 2000 and it should be automated (if any rules need to be written). We need not manually put last 10 months avg basic in a new wagetype for valuation

Being new to rules/PCR I find it difficult to achieve.

Regards,
Niladri

Subject: PCR for Leave Encashment considering Last 10 Month's Average of Basic Salary

Dear Friends,
In Indian Payroll, I've configured Leave Encashment in line with Termination workbench. IT0016,IT0041,IT0185 all maintained Leave encashment needs to be calculated depending on last 10 months salary average of basic mentioned in master data but it was not achieved. How to do this? Leave encashment during the year to be treated as taxable as per applicable rates. To be paid with payroll cycle As soon as it is done in IT416, Encashment value should come in payslip. No manual entry to be done for it. But in termination work bench wagetype for Leave encashment auto populated with no value.
If required , Please guide me writing a PCR.

Regards,
Niladri
