I don't know if you have access to SAP transaction 'SUIM' or 'PFCG , but if you do, you can see the various options. Below is an example where we the SAP standard authorization was manually changed to allow a person to Create, Change, and Display MIGO Goods Receipt for a Purchase Order for Mvt Types 101-106, and 122-125 Materials Management: Inventory Management/Phys.Inventory MM_B Goods Receipt for Purchase Order: Movement Type M_MSEG_BWE Goods Receipt for Purchase Order: Movement Type T-EV73045100 Activity 01, 02, 03 ACTVT Movement Type (Inventory Manag) 101-106, 122-125 BWART Below is an example where the SAP standard authorization was manually changed to only allow a person to Display MIGO Goods Receipt for a Purchase Order for All Mvt Types Materials Management: Inventory Management/Phys.Inventory MM_B Goods Receipt for Purchase Order: Movement Type M_MSEG_BWE Goods Receipt for Purchase Order: Movement Type T-DV31114410 Activity 03 ACTVT Movement Type (Inventory Manag) * BWART You do the same for Matrerial Documents, Plants, etc.

For example, if I am going to assign the MIGO transaction to a user, would it be possible just to let him visualize MIGO? or once you assign him the MIGO, he gets access to modify also? | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
