I don't know if you have access to SAP transaction 'SUIM' or 'PFCG , but if you do, you can see the various options.
Below is an example where we the SAP standard authorization was manually changed to allow a person to Create, Change, and Display MIGO Goods Receipt for a Purchase Order for Mvt Types 101-106, and 122-125
Materials Management: Inventory Management/Phys.Inventory MM_B
Goods Receipt for Purchase Order: Movement Type M_MSEG_BWE
Goods Receipt for Purchase Order: Movement Type T-EV73045100
Activity 01, 02, 03 ACTVT
Movement Type (Inventory Manag) 101-106, 122-125 BWART
Below is an example where the SAP standard authorization was manually changed to only allow a person to Display MIGO Goods Receipt for a Purchase Order for All Mvt Types

You do the same for Matrerial Documents, Plants, etc.

Can you segregate the access to MIGO transaction like all the other SAP transactions? with STCODE 01 Create, 02 Modify and 03 Visualize?
For example, if I am going to assign the MIGO transaction to a user, would it be possible just to let him visualize MIGO? or once you assign him the MIGO, he gets access to modify also? |
