As you say each user has to put their own user id when uploading the data. There will not be any additional license costs.

We developed some web portal to view some reports on web based. We use RFC/BAP Php connector. Now a days we developed some php application to insert data into sap table also. Here user need to put own log on ID. These are at initial stage. My question is is there any licensing issue regarding inserting/updating data using php(RFC/BAPI) application?
