Reply from jim mcdowall on Feb 21 at 3:40 AM LS10 has the potential TO LOCK DOWN your warehouse if you get the bin template wrong. That's why your PRD system is locked down. It only takes a few minutes to get your basis team to unlock the box and less than five minutes to create the bins if the structure and template is right. I would never advocate the PRD box be left modifiable for this tcode as this tcode probably get used very infrequently after the initial go live.
