Reply from LCC352 on Feb 14 at 10:11 PM I'm not sure why you would want to get a list without a sign, but table BSIS has the open items in the G/L, and the numbers don't have the sign. The sign is in a separate field (listed as "H" or "S"). If you have the proper security, you should be able to use SE16N (ALV Grid), which will allow you to display and download the items from BSIS and they can be pure.
Look at the table, get a few line items out from a G/L account you're trying to see and check out what I'm saying. It might help.

I'm unable to download the list from F-03 to ab Excel file or print the list to a spool file - the list is approximately 1200 entries.
I'm using F-03 because it allows me to sort by amount without +/- sign - FBl3n and FAGLL03 do not have that function.
I know of no other list / report that has the option to sort ignoring the sign for GLaccts.
