what was the Positive and Negative effect has been assigned...(It should
be Positive from Contract to release order)
*If you are facing from Sales order to delivery:*
In Addition to VTLA-Positive/Negative effect you should keep error--in
Check over delivery field in 0VLP--for your delivery item category...

I would like to ask on my current issue: The delivered and billed Quantity exceeded the Target Quantity based from Sales Quantity Contract.
My target quantity in contract is 100 pcs but when I check all the sales order that has been created in referenced for the contract, it seems that I have delivered and billed 150 pcs. Thus the system allows the user to create many sales order.
Also when I check the status overview of the contract, it still shows that there are open quantities.
Please help. thanks in advance.
