Your request is a little too general to be able to give a useful answer. During what process/transaction do you want this pop-up to appear and what do you want it to indicate....? eg Sales order entry? Availability check? Delivery creation? Transfer order creation? Stock enquiry? etc. There are some standard alerts/warnings built into some (but not many) transactions.
