Hi All,
My requirement : Currently the employee bonus is paid on every 6 months. Last bonus payout done in January. Next bonus payout to be done in April and not July.
The client wants the bonus amount to be paid every 3 months. i.e. April, July, Oct and Jan.
We are using semi monthly Pay Area.
What do I need to change (config related if any) in the current setup. What changes do I need to make in the PCR used.
