All InfoObjects and Nav Attributes on both sides of the MultiProvider need to be ticked.

I recently had something similar. The problem may not be the same as
yours but I'll describe my problem and fix in case it does apply to you.
Multicube had navigational attributes selected, InfoCube1 had the same
navigational attributes selected but InfoCube2 did not. The query was
displaying key figures from InfoCube2 by these navigational attributes. I
found the cause by drilling down by InfoProvider in the query. The
navigational attributes displayed correctly for InfoCube1 but as # for
InfoCube2. I solved the problem by selecting the nav attr on InfoCube2
and identifying them on InfoCube2 to the Multiprovider.
