For Bypass charm you have do some changes in CTS project
Go in solar_project_admin select the project -> Double Click on it -> go
to system landscape near one IMG TAB is there
go there select the CTS project double click on it -> go in edit mode and
then transport tab -> switch to project -> then select all system-> you
will get the list of project that you have on that landscape select the
project one which you want to by pass-> then enable the system to release
the transport without charm and for you quality system to import the
transport and in pRD system as well.
Note :Upper case was for that you if you have created the transport using
charm project.
2.If you want to create new transport so create the new project from SPRO
without using solar_project_admin out off charm and create transport move
it further ..

Currently we have charm configured in solution manager for transport - for new project we want to bypass charm and do normal stms 3 system setup and continue with transports until the project go live. After go live we will put back normal maintenance transports thru solution manager charm.
